此次合作旨在为对医学及相关领域感兴趣的学生提供近距离了解医疗行业的机会。体验安排涵盖了门诊、住院、急诊、医学检验、药事服务、影像检查与康复治疗等多个环节的参观交流，帮助学生在真实场景中理解医疗体系的运行方式。现场交流的医生在日常工作中自然展现出的专业判断与人文关怀，让学生看到了临床决策背后的考量。
The program was designed to give students interested in medicine and related fields an up-close view of the medical profession. Offering visits and exchanges across outpatient services, inpatient care, emergency care, laboratory testing, pharmacy services, imaging and rehabilitation, the program allowed students to understand how a medical system operates in real-life settings. Through their daily interactions with physicians, students saw the professional judgment and humanistic care behind clinical decisions.

体验过程中，学生们走访了不同科室，与医生和护理团队进行了交流。他们在急诊看到医护人员如何在紧张节奏中保持协作，在住院部体会长期照护所需的耐心与沟通，也在药房和检验科感受到规范流程对患者安全的重要性。这些经历让原本抽象的医学知识变得具体，也让学生对医生职业有了更真实的理解。
During the program, students visited different departments and met physicians and care teams. In the emergency room, they saw how medical staff worked together under pressure. In inpatient wards, they experienced the patience and communication required in long-term care. In the pharmacy and laboratory, they learned how standardized procedures safeguard patient safety. These experiences turned abstract medical knowledge into something tangible and gave students a more realistic understanding of the medical profession.

结业分享会在上海曜影医院举行。学生们结合自己的体验记录，分享了数日里的见闻与思考。有人谈到面对突发情况时的沉着，有人关注医患之间的沟通方式，也有人开始思考治疗过程中疗效、风险与生活质量的平衡。参与交流的医生代表表示，学生的提问和思考同样让临床团队受到启发。上海纽约大学教师代表与曜影医疗管理层一同出席，共同回顾了这段职业体验之旅的阶段性收获。
The closing presentation was held at Shanghai SinoUnited Hospital. Drawing on their program notes, students shared what they had seen and thought over the past few days. Some talked about the composure of medical staff in emergency situations, some focused on doctor-patient communication, and others reflected on the balance between efficacy, risk and quality of life in treatment. A representative of the physicians involved said the students' questions and reflections also inspired the clinical team. NYU Shanghai representatives and members of SinoUnited Health's management attended the event, which marked the culmination of this journey.
对年轻学生来说，一次近距离的接触与倾听，常常比厚重的教科书更早埋下医学的种子。当他们走近医疗现场，他们了解到疾病如何被处理，也看到医者在复杂情境中如何承担责任、传递信任。曜影医疗与上海纽约大学希望通过这样的合作，让更多年轻人在职业选择前走进医疗行业，让理想的种子在真实土壤中生根发芽。
For young students, a moment of real engagement and listening often plants the seed of medicine earlier than thick textbooks. When they step closer to a real healthcare setting, they learn how diseases are treated and how physicians take responsibility and build trust in complex situations. Through this partnership, SinoUnited Health and NYU Shanghai hope to bring more young people closer to the medical field before they make career choices, allowing the seeds of aspiration to take root in real soil.
